A FIELD TRIP TO OMSI
WHERE SCIENCE MEETS FUN
A Field Trip to OMSI - Where Science Meets Fun
A Field Trip to OMSI - Where Science Meets Fun

Field trips are a time-honored tradition in the life of a school child. An OMSI field trip helps bring science to life and challenges students with hands-on exhibits and programs that are steppingstones to inquiry-based learning. OMSI boasts more than 200 interactive exhibits, seven laboratories, a five-story domed OMNIMAX theater, a world-class planetarium and a genuine submarine.

The museum is full of curriculum connections: biology and social studies, paleontology and climate, technology and innovation?just to name a few. A field trip to OMSI generates an excitement about science that students carry back to the classroom and that teachers can build upon throughout the year.

Field Trip Fundamentals
  • 1. You need a minimum group size of 12 for discounted prices to apply.
  • 2. Make all field trip reservations at least 10 days in advance.
